Winemaking process: traditional winemaking process by macerarion. The alcoholic fermentation is stopped by addition of alcohol at 97% to keep natural sugar.
Maturation and ageing: a minimum of 5 years of maturation il old oak barrels.
Winetasting: lovely deep caramel color, powerful aromas of cacao, mocha with vanilla overtones. Rounded flavors of red and dark berries with hints of grilled nuts and cacao.
Serve at 14°-16° C, delicious aperitif, a marvelous conpanion for black chocolate or red fruits deserts.

Winemaking process: Direct pressing of the grapes and temperature controlled during fermentation. The alcoholic fermentation is stopped by addition of alcohol at 97% to keep natural sugar.
Maturation and ageing: a minimum of 5 years of maturation il old oak barrels.
Winetasting: beautiful transparent color, powerful aromas of crushed grapes and grilled nuts. A sublime combination of prunes in "Armagnac" and fresh plumbs with some cacao touch.
Serve at 12°-14° C, wonderful with foie-gras, cheeses and all deserts. an excellent aperitif or digestive as well
