Winemaking process: Direct pressing of the grapes and temperature controlled during fermentation. The alcoholic fermentation is stopped by addition of alcohol at 97% to keep natural sugar.
Maturation and ageing: a minimum of 5 years of maturation il old oak barrels.
Winetasting: beautiful transparent color, powerful aromas of crushed grapes and grilled nuts. A sublime combination of prunes in "Armagnac" and fresh plumbs with some cacao touch.
Serve at 12°-14° C, wonderful with foie-gras, cheeses and all deserts. an excellent aperitif or digestive as well
